Noha várakozásainkkal ellentétben a Hitman HD Collectiont még mindig nem jelentette be a Square Enix, mindenm jel arra mutat, hogy a kiadó megcsinálja a hőn áhított gyűjteményes kiadást. A HD Collection júniusban egy üzletlánc weboldalán tűnt fel, most pedig a trófeái is megérkeztek.
A júniusban felröppent pletykák szerint a Hitman HD Collection október 15-én jelent volna meg PS3-ra, a Blu-ray-lemezen a Hitman második, harmadik és negyedik része kapott helyet a feltételezések szerint. Nos, az Absolution debütálására történő felkészülés jegyében minden bizonnyal lett volna igény egy ilyen csomagra, a várakozásokkal ellentétben az mégsem érkezett meg.
Viszont újabb jel mutat arra, hogy valóban készül HD-gyűjtemény. A minap az Exophase jóvoltából napvilágot látott az új kiadás trófealistája, amiből részletesen kiderül, hogy a különböző díjakért milyen kihívásokat kell teljesítenünk. A fordítástól kivételesen eltekintünk:
